TERMS OF SERVICE/span>
The terms of service are agreed between, on the first hand, the firm Cardkeeper, located in Paris, France (75), registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 853229326, hereafter « Cardkeeper », owner of the website cardiemparis.com and, on the other hand, any moral or physical person wishing to make a purchase on cardiemparis.com, hereafter “the buyer”.
Article 1 – Purpose <
The terms of service below define the contractual relations between Cardkeeper and the buyer, along with the terms and conditions applicable for any purchase made on the website cardiemparis.com. Any purchase on this website implies the acceptance without reservations by the buyer, who acknowledges to have examined and fully understood them before the purchase. Before any transaction, the buyer states, first, that the purchase is not related to any professional activity and is limited to a strict personal use, and second, to have the full legal capacity to be bound by the current terms of service.
Cardkeeper is allowed to modify those terms of service at any time in order to fulfill its legal entitlements or to optimize its website use. Hence, the applicable terms of service are the one operating on the date of purchase.
Article 2 – Products
The products are those publIshed on the website cardiemparis.com owned by Cardkeeper, within the limits of available stocks. Cardkeeper can change the products any time. Each product is described on the website with its technical characteristics (size, materials, use). Each product, crafted-made, is unique. The pictures are as accurate as possible but do not bind Cardkeeper. The sell of the products on cardiemparis.com is open to all buyers living in countries allowing those products on their territory.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices on the products’ descriptions are in Euros (€), taxes included (TTC). Any change in the VAT rate can be reverberated on the price of the products. Cardkeeper can modify prices any time, the applicable price being the one displayed on the website cardiemparis.com on the date of purchase. Prices do not include shipping fees. In metropolitan France, delivery is free. Abroad, custom fees or other local taxes can apply. Those fees are not the charge nor the responsibility of Cardkeeper.
Article 4 – Order and payment
Cardkeeper displays a secure online payment system through Stripe: the buyer selects the products, adds them in the cart, modifies if needed the quantities and references, checks the delivery address. Then, shipping fees are calculated and showed to the buyer. Then, the buyer selects the Stripe payment system and is redirected to the Stripe payment platform to safely enter credit card information. If the payment is accepted, the purchase is saved and the contract irrevocably constituted. Credit card payment is definitive. In case of fraud, the buyer can ask for payment cancellation and the money paid will be restituted. The owner of the credit card is not if the challenged payment is proved as being fraudulent, without physical use of the credit card. To be refunded, the credit card owner has to challenge, in writing, the payment, within 70 days following the fraudulent purchase. The refund will happen within a month after the reception of the written challenge.
To approve the cart implies the legal obligation to pay the amount. The order confirmation implies the approval of the terms of service, their acknowledgment and the renunciation to one’s own terms of purchase or other conditions. All the data collected and the saved order confirmation are enough to prove the transaction. If the buyer provides an e-mail address, Cardkeeper will communicate the order confirmation by e-mail.
Cardkeeper reserves the right not to approve a payment or an order for any reason, especially in case of product availability or troubles arising from the purchase.
